About The Saints
The Saints youth group is a fellowship youth group open to
all the fifth and sixth grade youth at Hope. The purpose of
the youth group is to provide fellowship and support for the
youth in a Christian atmosphere. We have scheduled one event
per month and also have penciled in several service projects
during the school year.
The Saints group functions only with the support of the parents. It is
requested that each child's parent(s) help sponsor at least one event.
Most events require two or three sponsors. Sponsors are required to
assist in transportation, supervision and participation. We also ask
parental help in providing a snack and a drink for each event.
Saints has annual dues of $10.00 per year. These dues help pay for facility
usage and the supplies for the service projects. The dues DO
NOT cover the costs of the events. The cost for most events
will be $3 to $7. Some events require deposits and/or reservations
prior to the event. On these occasions we will ask the youth
to sign up or contact the counselors if they are planning to
attend.
