2003. Kindergarten Art Project

The kindergartners have created a priceless, original artwork which will brighten any
wall in your home. Each child painted a heart and background on a square of paper with
acrylic paint. Each child made a decision on how to decorate his/her heart. All the squares were then assembled together as a patchwork quilt which has been matted and framed. The Kindergartners have signed the matte so you have a lasting memory of your child’s and all of his/her classmates work. Mrs. Alsin and Mrs. Schneider even did a square together!

2005. First Grade Art Project

“Flights of Fancy” the first grade class has created a priceless, original artwork which will brighten any wall in your home. Each child was given a butterfly picture which the decorated with tissue paper to create these bright and beautiful creatures. Some even followed the concept of symmetryin their creations. Each child decorated two butterflies which were mounted, matted, and framed. The children have added a lasting memory by signing their name to the matte.

2009. Second Grade Art Project

The second grade class has developed a priceless, original artwork which will display the innocent faith of children to all who enter your home. Each child created his own picture with colored pencils of “What I would do if I met Jesus”. It is wonderful to see all the things the children would do with Jesus and how they picture him appearing. All the pictures were assembled together, matted, and framed. The children have left a lasting memory with their signatures around the matte.

2011. Third Grade Art Project

The third graders have developed a priceless, original artwork which will display their faith to all who enter your home. They have developed a “double cross” with tile and stained glass pieces in a mosaic pattern. Each child painted a cross on a piece of tile and decorated the tile in whatever fashion they desired. After assembling all the tiles in the shape of a cross, each child added some stained glass pieces to the mosaic cross in the middle. Ms. Franker also created a cornerstone tile. The effect is truly beautiful and the cross can be hung on any wall.

2013. Fourth Grade Art Project

The fourth grade class has developed a priceless, original artwork which will brighten any wall in your home. In this project, each child picked out a plastic flower. They drew the form and color ofthe petals with oil pastels on a square of paper. They added their own color to the background of the flower. These squares were then assembled as a patchwork quilt, matted, and framed. The effect is truly beautiful and the colors are quite vivid. The children added a lasting memory by signing the matte.

2015. Fifth Grade Art Project

The fifth grade class has created a priceless, origina artwork which will brighten any wall in your home. The fifth grade class has created a radial drawing “quilt” using watercolors. The children were given a square of paper upon which they created their own radial drawing. To create their drawing they had to use a ruler and a compass, determine the number and size of their circles and if they wanted crossing lines. Lastly they created their own pattern of colors. These squares were then assembled, matted, and framed. The children have created a lasting memory by signing the matte.

2018. Seventh Grade Art Project

The seventh graders have created a “lions head end table”, a priceless, original artwork which is also functional. With a lion picture drawn by Mrs. Billings as their guide, the children each painted a tile square which reflected their part of the lion. These tiles were then assembled to create the final picture. This table can be used to hold a plant, books, etc. or just enjoy the beauty of the creation!

2020. Eighth Grade Art Project

Through a collaborative drawing, the eighth graders have completed their own rendition of Van Gogh’s “Cafe Terrace at Night”. Using oil pastels, they were each able to take a part of the painting and re-create the masterpiece using their own skills. Each square reflects the child’s interpretation of his/her portion of the painting. The picture was reassembled, matted and framed. As a lasting memory of their 8th grade year, they have signed the matte. This would be a wonderful memento and would look nice on any wall in your home.

2031. Exquisite Stained Glass Angel

This exquisite angel is an original stained glass work of art made byartist David Anderson, Hope grandparent, with assistance from Kevin Anderson. Each piece of cut glass was hand cut, shaped, and leaded. This took three full days to create and there will never be another one just like it. The glass was carefully chosen to accentuate the flow of the dress and hair. The glass of her dress is opalescent, so it appears different colors in different lights, and it is the correct scale to hang in your home’s window or door.
