Ten Lies About God... Has a lie infiltrated you beliefs about God? If your answer is no, you'd better check again! Author E.W. Lutzer in Ten Lies About God notes that what we believe about God is the most important thing about us. Yet subtle influences in today's culture declare that God's authority is limited and His love minimal. Tackling such false claims as "God is more tolerant than He used to be", "God helps those who help themselves", and "the Fall ruined God's plan", Dr. Lutzer supplies straightforward, Bible-based clarity regarding God's unchanging power and love for mankind. In affirming God's authority we find deeper belief, stronger hope, and profound worship.

The Book of God by Walter Wangerin, Jr. is the story of the Bible from beginning to end told with exciting detail and passionate energy. Wangerin helps you understand what it was like for each person to be caught up in the events of a time and place where the eternal God reached out and touched ordinary men and women. This is a great book! Give it a try!!
