The church council governs and directs the various boards and committees of the congregation, prepare and propose a yearly plan of activity and an annual budget for congregational approval, and set all policy and fees for property use. The church council is representative of the congregation in all legal maters. They fill un-expired terms of board members by appointment, and keep a permanent set of minutes for each meeting. Additionally, they prepare a summarized version of minutes and make them available to the congregation. Finally, the church council appoints a Church Treasurer (a Church Officer) to serve.

To promote the spiritual welfare of the pastors, staff and congregation members, individually and corporately. To be responsible for the supervision of everything pertaining to congregational worship.

Board of Parish Fellowship Chairperson

The basic objectives of this board are the strengthening of the fellowship between congregation members spiritually and socially and the general up building of mutual cooperation, trust, and enjoyment among the members of the congregation.

Board of Stewardship

Initiate programs for the development of good stewardship attitues in the members of the congregation in regard to time, talents, and treasures.
Provide for the training and utilization of members of the congregation for the work of Christ's Kingdom.
Ensure the financial stability of the congregation and its work through a developed program of dedicated, proportionate, first-fruits giving.

Board of New Member Assimilation

The basic purpose of this board is the integration of new members and their families into the life of the congregation.

Obtain names of new members that will be joining the congregation through transfer, adult confirmation, or profession of faith.
Obtain bio data from the new members, including pictures, and distribute to the congregation.
Hold receptions to introduce new members to the congregation.
Provide new members a packet of information about the church, including organizations and directory.
Encourage new members to become active in the congregation (i.e. Bible study, music groups, service organizations, fellowship activities, etc.).
Maintain a Sponsor initiative to assign existing members to help with the new member integration.

Board of Youth Ministries

Our vision is to bring value to the group by lifting up others and doing what supports the greater good of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are interested in the long-term development of the board members to become servant-leaders. We want to use challenges as opportunities to develop the judgment and decision making capacity of all board members. This in turn will enable us to oversee those we serve, the youth, in their growth as persons: becoming healthier spiritually, wiser in the Lord, and freer in their faith. We hope to see them become self-reliant and more likely to become servant-leaders themselves
